PANTALEON Entertainment AG - more creative partners get on board

Berlin/Munich, April 4, 2016 – PANTALEON Entertainment AG (XETRA: PAL, ISIN: DE000A12UPJ7) is widening their creative circle of partners and will launch a collaboration with TV Host Joko Winterscheidt and other industry experts, like Brand Specialist Peter Olsson and Media Manager and former Sat.1-Chief Nicolas Paalzow, all of whom will be partners in the newly created company to become part of the PANTALEON-Family.
The objective of this joint venture is to interface advertising and entertainment; Creative Cosmos 15 GmbH („CC15“) will be based in Berlin and Munich and in contrast to PANTALEON Group’s cinematic endeavors will focus on products for Television and Video-on-Demand. Nicolas Paalzow will head the company as CEO, which is owned by all partners along with a PANTALEON Entertainment AG share of 40.5%.
