PANTAFLIX presents strategy for artificial intelligence in production processes at 2023 Annual General Meeting - further focus on film and series production - company founder Dan Maag elected to Supervisory Board

Munich, August 17, 2023. PANTAFLIX AG (WKN: A12UPJ; ISIN: DE000A12UPJ7) held its Annual General Meeting 2023 today. The shareholders approved all of the management's proposed resolutions with large majorities and ratified the actions of the Management Board and Supervisory Board. At the time of voting, a quorum of 76.36% of the capital stock was represented. A key agenda item was the election of PANTAFLIX founder Dan Maag to the Supervisory Board.

Stephanie Schettler-Köhler, CEO of PANTAFLIX AG, summarized the challenges of the past fiscal year 2022 and presented an outlook on the future of the company in a changing film industry: the use of artificial intelligence in production processes to fully develop creative potential.

As a member of the Supervisory Board, he will be able to contribute his wealth of experience from 25 years of industry expertise to the further development of PANTAFLIX in the best possible way."

The Supervisory Board of PANTAFLIX AG elected Dan Maag as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in its constituent meeting following the ordinary Annual General Meeting. From now on, the board consists of the members Dan Maag (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Marcus Machura (Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board), and Kerstin Trottnow. Previously, Marc Schönberger had resigned his mandate with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting. The Supervisory Board thanks Marc Schönberger for his many years of commitment.
